0.5% Max Buy

After some community feedback, the team have decided to add in a new feature to stop whales and bots from buying up most of the tokens!

Each transaction can now only transact a maximum of 0.5% of the total supply. This will stop the bots and whales from purchasing up most of the supply when we just launch!
